Cannova Series

Cannova series of Canna is a relatively new introduction bred specially to create a longer flowering canna. The Cannova Canna is the first to start blooming and will continue to do so until the first frosts. They are a more compact, bushy Canna Lily and produce many flowers, they are excellent performers. Cannova canna will suit patio and widow box planters and containers as well as the open ground. Plant in a well drained. fertile soil or compost and keep moist throughout the growing season. Let the flower stems finish completely flowering before removing the spent flower stems. The beauty of the Cannova range is that they will produce more side shoots and in turn more flowering stems. A little tip is to give the flowering stem a little shake to get rid of any faded flowers and let the fresh flowers remain.
