Delivery & Returns

We deliver nationwide. It is our priority to ensure our plants reach you safely and without damage, that's why we have tried to source a reliable courier. All our plants are carefully packaged and marked as 'Fragile'. If in the unlikely case your plants are not delivered in the same condition as they left the nursery, please email us or use the contact form.

We are a small team and now only dispatch on Tuesdays and Fridays using a next day service (exclusions may apply). If there are any potential delays on your order we will contact you at the first opportunity.

Some items carry a surcharge and wil be delivered by pallet to the kerbside unless specific arrangements are made before purchasing.

If you have any vehicle restrictions that could be a factor when delivering to you please let us know.

Below is a list of our standard delivery methods, please note that if you're in Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or on outlying islands additonal delivery fees will be incurred.

Returns

Returns Request

Any items arriving damaged must be reported to Todd's Botanics by email within 48 hours. Photographic evidence is required.

Any items to be returned under the Consumer Contracts Regulations will be done at purchasers cost. Items must be returned in a saleable condition in the orginal packaging. A 10% re-stocking charge will apply.

We aim to be as reasonable as possible with any issues that arise, please do contact us and we will do our up most to help. We never knowingly mis sell or mis lead. All items featured on our website are held in stock and the images used are of the actual plants we stock.
