Gladiolus communis subsp. byzantinus

Gorgeous and delicate looking, magenta blooms with a flash of white in the throat, these flowers open along tall, green stems with long narrow leaves. Gladiolus are bulbous plants and when happy will naturalise in the grassland or the border. Plant in full sun in a well drained soil.
