Cordyline australis

Evergreen palm-like plant native to New Zealand. Well drained soil, full sun. Can cope really well with coastal positions - wind, salt etc. Feed well for best leaf colour but basically a very low maintenance plant. Flower spikes freely produced in the hottest summers/when very happy.
