Deshampsia cespitosa 'Goldschleier' is a beautiful, very hard working grass. Produces a strong clump of attractive green leaves, then in early summer it creates a mass of silky tassel flowers high above the leaves. These create a delicate haze of interest that persists in to the winter if not cut down. Sun lit Deschampsia flower is one of the most beautiful sights here at the nursery in late summer. Sun, or shade, a great grass for tricky dry shade areas. Height in flower approx 60cm.
