A clear, shell pink with a striking orange beard. Entire flower (standards and falls) are the same delicate pink shade, really beautiful in it's simplicity.
Dykes Medal winner 1955 - the highest accolade an iris can get.
Bred by Sir Cedric Morris in 1953 at Benton End in Suffolk.
Flowering height 90cm, May-Jun.
Full sun, well drained soil. Ideally no competition around the base of the plant so it can bask in the sun.
